Your initial appointment takes between 45 minutes and 60 minutes,

This time is to assess your needs and provide individualised information for your diabetes management.

60 minutes $120.00

Medicare rebate

A Chronic Disease Management / Enhanced Primary Care plan (CDM/EPC)  with appointments allocated to T1D Partnership entitles you to claim a reimbursement of $58.30 from Medicare if your appointment is not bulk billed until all

allocated visits are used.

20 - 30 minutes

• Bulk billed with CDM/EPC plan

• $60.00 for private patients 

45 Minutes

• $90.00  - $58.30 rebate can be claimed with CDM/EPC plan

60 minutes

• $120.00 - $58.30rebate can be claimed with CDM/EPC plan

Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel your appointment we understand and will be happy to reschedule if you contact us by phone or email. We have a waiting list and may be able to be allocated your appointment time to a different client if you can not make it. However please be aware that if a cancellation is given within 24 hours or you fail to attend an appointment without contact we have a policy of charging a cancellation fee of $60.00
